Hello and Welcome to Healthy Whole Me,
When my diet was the ‘healthiest’ my mental health was at an all-time-low. Today, my family and I enjoy a wholesome and healthy approach to family life – that is doable even when life gets hectic. My journey to seek a wholesome way of loving was fuelled by my own experience of breast cancer. Initially I went “everything- free” but this proved to be really exhausting and no fun at all when cooking for a whole gang! So I made a massive U- turn in what I can my “food revolution” and today I mainly focus on what I can ADD. Our diet is Full- of, not free- from! But that alone was not enough to feel great again. My yoga practice has opened up many doors for me and today I teach weekly classes and wonderful retreats. It’s been an up and down journey to say the least – and I know how lucky I am to get to share some with you.
