My wholesome and healthy approach to family life was fuelled by my own experiences of breast cancer. Initially I went “everything- free” but this proved to be really exhausting and no fun at all when cooking for a whole gang! So I made a massive U- turn in what I can my “food revolution” and today I mainly focus on what I can Add. Our diet is Full- of, not free- from!
