What’s On The Menu?……

For breakfast we are making Chia Seed Pots (and I will show you loads of variations), for lunch a
nourishing and oh-so-moorish Veggie Miso Noodle Soup (which you can have at home or take into
work) and our warm Potato, Tuna & Bean Bowl will be on the table for dinner in less than 25 minutes (with only one pan to wash up afterwards)!

I will walk you through the recipes step-by-step in the video below. It is packed with lots of useful and time saving tips, so once you see how easy the recipes are, you will find it much easier to adapt them to make them just perfect for you and your family!
