Amazing yoga retreat weekend in England
When you live our busy lives it is easy to forget who we really are, what matters to us and where we are at. Our lives rattle along at such a speedy pace, continuously driving on auto-pilot, that we often loose our connection to our Self and to those around us. Our amazing yoga retreat weekends in England are designed to put a break on this. To get you off that auto-pilot mode into a much more aware and connected sense of being. It is our biggest desire to make our yoga retreat weekends all inclusive. Not just that when you arrive you don’t need to think or pay for anything else. Also inclusive to ALL. Beginners to yoga, teachers, parents with teenagers all the way to people in their 70’s will enjoy coming together at our amazing yoga retreat weekends.
Our mission statement says it all: To create an inclusive and friendly yoga retreat weekend for ALL.
