I am running my beginners online sourdough baking courses on an ongoing basis, so please check the bookings page for upcoming dates. It’s usually every 1st Friday of the month.

Beginners Online Sourdough Baking Course 

We are baking my Mid-Week White Sourdough Loaf

How it works:

This is a step by step course to get you baking your first sourdough loaf. I want to make it as simple as possible for you so I am handholding you through the entire process. We will meet via 3 short zoom meetings on day 1 and you will bake in day 2. That’s it!

  1. As part of this class I am happy to gift you with a ‘baby’ of my starter (if you need one) which can be sent via special delivery. Alternatively I can suggest a high quality starter which you can purchase on Amazon or you have a starter at home already. (We are not going to make our own starter as part of this course.) 
  2. You will receive a list of essential ingredients allowing plenty of time to get all your ingredients. I will accumulate all the bakers of that day into a WhatsApp group which I will use to drip-feed any info to you so that you don’t have to do any research before the course.
  3. The first Zoom meeting will take place at 9am (15mins). Followed by 2pm (30min) and 8pm (40min). Please only book on this online course if you can make all three timings for the zoom meetings or contact me if you’re unsure.
  4. I’ll come along the whole process with you and will try to answer all your questions.

This is a clients first sourdough loaf!

If you too want to have a go at baking a sourdough loaf without spending tonnes of time on youtube looking at tutorials then I’d love to guide you through the process. Little manual effort and activity is required, but it takes time. Which is beautiful also. A process to be enjoyed and not rushed.
