This Creamy Polenta with Pear Bowl is inspired by my Aunt Patrizia who has cooked it for my girls when they were little and we’ve cooked it ever since!
I love porridge in the morning but I do need a change from time to time so this is great. I buy organic quick cook polenta which only takes a few minutes and I love the creaminess of this. Top with fruit, nuts or dried fruits…it’s so yummy!
