Since becoming really active in my own wellbeing and recovery process I have met the most amazing people that inspire me. Through my passion for nutritious food, yoga and mindfulness I have learned so much that has helped me to feel better, take better actions and make more informed decisions.

And as I LOVE collaborating I want to invite some of the people that have inspired me to inspire you too. I am hosting a series of events and workshops and of course I will continue to run Supperclubs, as I know you love them so much!

Workshops so far have included menopause events, practical mindful parenting, gut health, positive family nutrition, changing habits for good…and all of our speakers have been amazing!

How it all began: At first, I hosted dozens of Supperclubs, where women, mainly mums came to cook with me. The Superfood Supperclub is borne out of my passion for good, healthy, nutritious food that tastes fantastic & wanting to share that with family, friends & you.

Over the years, many friends have asked how they could improve their own diets, what they should eat, how they could prepare it & and how to get their children eat a little better… so my answer was to create a series of hands- on Supper Clubs.

Run out of my own kitchen we get together to prep, cook & eat super healthy & tasty dishes!

I am not going to tell you what not to eat, we are all different and our bodies need different things, instead I would love to show you easy ways to introduce small, simple changes in your and your family’s weekly meal plans that will quickly make a huge difference to how you will feel & look.
