Who can take part in the 28-Day Healthy Family Meal Plan?
The busy family who wants to make improvements to the way they eat. All recipes
have been tried and tested many times. Dishes are simple to prepare and none
of the ingredients are fancy. If you are stuck in a rut with cooking the same family
meals over and over again and you’d like down-to earth inspiration for an injection
of healthy recipes, then this plan is perfect for you!

How will the plan work?
Within 12 hours of you signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with the login
details for your very own private client account for the 28-Day Healthy Family Meal
Plan. For the following 28 days, you’ll receive an email every morning with a prompt
for what’s happening on the day. We’ll tackle each day separately, focusing on 1
meal a day only. This way you can be sure to manage and not get overwhelmed by
too many new things at the same time. I’ll share tips and tactics in a daily video that

The 28-Day Healthy Family Meal Plan costs £79. Less than a cup of coffee a day! You will finish the plan with plenty of tools and recipes you need to make positive changes in your life. Which meals does the plan cover?
The 28-Day Healthy Family Meal Plan covers all meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and also snacks. Each week focuses on a different theme.
In Week 1 we are making one healthy snack or a healthy pudding a day.
Week 2 focuses on family friendly breakfasts.
Week 3 will focus on quick adult-mainly lunches.
And in Week 4 will make a versatile and nutritious family meal a day.
At the end of the 28-Day Plan you will have covered all meals and snacks and you will have plenty of recipes and ideas to continue cooking healthy and simple dishes long after the plan has finished.
Do you get shopping lists?
Yes. Each Wednesday you get a weekly shopping list for all the meals we are preparing during that week.
Each Saturday we start cooking for the theme of the week. This way we are building healthy habits that will last even long after the plan has finished.
Can I do this with a friend?
Absolutely! Bring a friend or family member on board so they can sign up too. Although we have a great community that will support you along your way, there is nothing better than doing this with a friend or family member.
How long will I have access to the plan?
You have full access to all of the 28-Day Healthy Family Meal Plan for 3 whole months from the start date. This includes all information, meal plans, recipes and videos. You’ll also be able to download all of the recipes to use down the track, if you like. Additionally you will find a document which includes a summary of all info including all the recipes for you to download and keep too.
Are the recipes on the 28-Day Healthy Family Food Plan vegan?
The hero of all my dishes are most certainly plants, veggies, fruit, grains, nuts and seeds.
Although some recipes include a portion of fish or chicken you get options for each recipe to make it vegan or vegetarian. So yes, bu all means you can tailor-make this plan to make it vegan or vegetarian if you like.
Do you include Dairy in your recipes?
Each recipe will give you an option of using either dairy milk or yoghurt or alternatives such as almond or oat milk or coconut yoghurt. It is entirely your choice if you want to make the recipes dairy-free.
Will I lose weight on the 28-Day Healthy Family Meal Plan?
This plan is designed to give you the building blocks to cook simple, tasty and healthy family dishes. All recipes are nutrient dense to give you as much of a variety in nutrients as possible. It is not designed as a calorie-restricting plan for weight loss. However, expect to feel great! After all, looking after yourself well will make you feel hugely empowered.
Can I drink coffee and alcohol whilst on the plan?
The 28-Day Healthy Family Meal Plan does not ask you to cut out entire food groups. Although, by starting to cook differently we are becoming more mindful of what and how much we eat. The Government provides sensible advice and guidelines on alcohol consumption. To keep health risks from alcohol to a low level, if you drink most weeks men and women are advised not to drink more than 14 units a week on a regular basis.
