Rolling out your mat for online yoga at home comes with many benefits, from accessibility to avoiding crowds, to practicing at your own pace. It is our biggest mission to make you feel as welcome as possible and we hope that you will feel the warmth and friendly vibe of our yogi community, whether you are zooming in or popping into the studio to say hi.

Online yoga offers a real opportunity to practice in the safety of being at home, balancing much needed time out for you whilst juggling family and work. Classes are live-streamed with limited spaces so we can connect to one another and your practice can be adjusted to suit YOU.

How Online Classes Work – 3 simple steps

  1. Select an online yoga class from the class schedule and book yourself in. If in doubt which class is right for you, contact Dani who always loves hearing from you.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email straight away and half an hour before class a second email with your unique Zoom meeting ID. It is helpful to have the Zoom App downloaded onto your device.
  3. Set up your computer, iPad or phone so that I have a good view of you on your mat or you can choose to turn your camera off to keep your practice quiet.
  4. All online yoga classes are live-streamed and there is plenty of engagement between yogis online and others practicing in the studio so that we can all merge into one big community of all-level yogis.

New to Yoga?

Online yoga can be a great way to start your yoga practice. The big studio environment can often feel intimidating when you first want to have a go. ‘No flexible enough’, ‘overweight’, ‘not fit enough’ are often the worries my clients tell me they have and so don’t want to book into a class at a studio.
