Since becoming really active in my own wellbeing and recovery process I have met the most amazing people that inspire me. Through my passion for nutritious food, yoga and mindfulness I have learned so much that has helped me to feel better, take better actions and make more informed decisions.
And as I LOVE collaborating I want to invite some of the people that have inspired me to inspire you too. I am hosting a series of events and workshops and of course I will continue to run Supperclubs, as I know you love them so much!
Workshops so far have included menopause events, practical mindful parenting, gut health, positive family nutrition, changing habits for good…and all of our speakers have been amazing!
